Are you a CPA firm?
No. We're construction financial advisors. We coordinate closely with your CPA — usually they love us, because we hand them clean books in February instead of a panic in April.
If you need a CPA, we can introduce you to several we trust.
What accounting software do you work with?
We recommend using QuickBooks online, but we will work with the systems you have in place.
How long does onboarding take?
Four weeks for the structural work, plus 60 days before the monthly cadence feels fully natural. We're cautious about saying "you're live" until your books are actually telling the truth.
Can we cancel?
Yes. 30 days' notice. No long contracts — if we're not earning our fee, you shouldn't be paying it.
Do you work with residential remodelers / specialty trades / GCs only?
Primarily GCs and specialty trades.
